Data on every patient is recorded on an electronic patient record. This includes:
- Patient demographics
- Other ophthalmic conditions
- Pre-operative, surgical and post-operative details
From this data, we are able to collate and compare our outcomes to nationally published results. We submit detailed information regularly to the Department of Health, including:
- A range of key performance indicators on a daily basis
- Twice annually, a more detailed analysis of a range of clinical criteria.
