Referrals can be made by general practitioners for patients within the following Primary Care Trusts:

- Manchester PCT
- Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale PCT
- Oldham PCT
- Salford PCT
- Stockport PCT
- Tameside and Glossop PCT
- Trafford PCT
