Referrals

Referrals can be made by general practitioners for patients within the following Primary Care Trusts:

  • Ashton Leigh and Wigan PCT

  • Bolton PCT

  • Bury PCT

  • Manchester PCT

  • Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale PCT

  • Oldham PCT

  • Salford PCT

  • Stockport PCT

  • Tameside and Glossop PCT

  • Trafford PCT

Please contact the GMSC if you require contact details for any of these PCTs.

To make a referral, please contact your nearest Patient Referral Centre. The centre will then contact the patient to arrange the first outpatient appointment.
